TOMORROW I WILL GET BACK TO WORKOUT AT THE GYM

ALREADY PAST 3 MONTHT SINCE I STOPPED TO GO TO GYM,AND  IN THIS WHILE I FEEL THAT ME GOT FAT,MAINLY IN THE MIDDLY OF MY BODY
I NEED TO WORKOUT LIFTING WHEITHS AND RUNNING ON THE TRADMILL
BUT AS I SPENT A LONG TIME WITHOUT PRACTICE EXERCISE I HAVE TO TAKE CARE TO DONT HURT MY BODY WHILE I AM WORKING OUT
BECAUSE I FEEL THAT ME LOST MUCH MASS,AND THN IF I TRY TO LIFT A AMOUT OF WHEIGHT THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO LIFT I COULD HURT MY SELF
BUT I AM ATTENTIVE ABOUT IT,AND WITHOUT BE WRY I HAVE TO SAY THAT I ALREADY  FELT AT THE GYM THAT COULD LIFT AN ELEFHANT WITH MY LEFT HAND
